Once the proposal is approved, payment guidelines will be agreed upon and the trip will be locked in. We will provide a secure online payment system that allows individual guests to access their booking details, balance, and payment history.
Ongoing Support
Throughout the payment process, Mimi's Getaway will be available to answer any questions you may have. We will also interact with your group through a social media group and emails, send payment reminders, and provide valuable tips to help make your vacation a smooth and enjoyable one.
Review Your Proposal
A personalized proposal will be sent to your email with your full itinerary, costs, options for accommodations, and more for you and your group to review and approve.
