Hi, I’m Miriam Thomas, but you can call me Mimi
As a wife and mother of 5 handsome boys, I always wanted to travel with my family and show them the world. But the logistics of traveling with a large family group and finding something to please everyone was a little overwhelming. After I successfully planned a trip with my family to Disney, I realized there were other families and groups of people like us that were overwhelmed and stressed out by the planning process.
And so, in 2015 I founded Mimi’s Getaway, a full-service travel agency specializing in groups and serving families with children, and wedding parties who want to plan the ultimate vacation experience.
As a CLIA-affiliated travel expert that is certified in Disney Vacations, Sandals Resorts, and many Caribbean destinations, you can be sure that I can make your vacation dreams an unbelievable, stress-free reality.
